Zambia Sees Rise in US Safari Tourists

Zambia is rapidly becoming a popular destination for US travellers seeking an African safari experience. The country, recognised by the World Economic Forum as one of the friendliest and safest countries in Africa, is home to 20 national parks where visitors can spot the Big Five.
The rise in US tourists reflects growing interest in the country's wildlife and wide-open landscapes. Travel experts cite Zambia's reputation as a stable democracy with well-managed national parks as key draws. While countries like Kenya and Tanzania have historically been top safari destinations, Zambia offers a less crowded experience.
"Zambia is an underrated gem for safaris," said Jane Smith, a safari specialist at Adventure Tours Inc. "With its abundant wildlife and vast protected areas, it provides an authentic African experience without the overwhelming crowds found elsewhere."
