Tourism Seychelles Strengthens Turkish Market
Tourism Seychelles has deepened its engagement in the Turkish market by hosting a dedicated trade workshop in Ankara, following its participation at the GlobeMeets Fair in Istanbul. Led by Amia Jovanovic-Desir, Tourism Seychelles’ Manager for the Turkish market, the event brought together key partners from airlines, tour operators, and hotel groups to promote Seychelles’ diverse offerings and build stronger ties with Turkish travel professionals.
The workshop featured presentations from industry partners including Turkish Airlines, Qatar Airways, 7° South, and Oria Luxe, and highlighted Seychelles' appeal across accommodation styles, nature experiences, and cultural attractions. Notably, Turkish Airlines announced it will operate four weekly flights to Seychelles between November 2025 and March 2026—an important boost for bilateral connectivity and tourism growth.
