The Travel Hub Collection is hosting a free webinar on Tuesday, 6 October, examining how new EU and global directives on sustainability claims affect travel agents, tour operators and DMCs.
The practical session will cover the questions businesses should ask suppliers, how to assess credible certification, what records to keep, and the EU requirements and wider international developments around sustainability claims.
The Travel Hub Collection says the session follows its introductory webinar last week, where 51% of attendees polled identified relying on supplier claims they cannot verify as their biggest concern.
