Skyward Airlines launches Nairobi – Vipingo direct flights
Skyward Airlines has launched twice-weekly direct flights between Nairobi and Vipingo Ridge Airstrip, with the inaugural service departing on Friday, 13 February 2026. The new link is expected to reduce travel times to Kenya’s North Coast and support domestic tourism and investment in Kilifi County.
Developed in partnership with Vipingo Ridge, the route targets tourists, homeowners, investors, golfers and business travellers seeking faster access to the coast. Skyward said the service aligns with its network expansion strategy and is set to strengthen connectivity between the capital and the coastal region, reinforcing Kilifi’s position as a growing tourism and investment hub.
