Royal Air Maroc sets 2026 expansion with new Africa, Europe and US routes

Royal Air Maroc will add at least 10 routes in 2026, unveiling new services from Casablanca from April to Pointe‑Noire, Tripoli, Beirut, Alicante and Bilbao, with Palma de Mallorca and Verona to follow in June. The rollout strengthens Morocco’s air connectivity and supports tourism growth by widening access to key regional and long‑haul markets via Casablanca’s hub.

Previously announced additions include St Petersburg from January 2026 and a Casablanca – Los Angeles service from 7 June 2026, operating three times weekly with Boeing 787s in around 12 hours. The airline will also increase frequencies on long‑haul routes to São Paulo, Miami, Washington and Dubai, and plans to introduce new long‑haul aircraft with upgraded cabins as it pursues a fleet expansion from roughly 60 aircraft today to 200 by 2037, according to CEO Hamid Addou.
