Rhino Tracking experiences in Kenya

Join us for an overview of the Rhino tracking experiences in Kenya. Saruni Rhino Lodge and Borana Conservancy will be telling you all about their unique Rhino experiences on offer at their lodges.

Rhino tracking is a unique and magical experience where guests can walk with scouts who track rhinos every morning.

Riccardo Orizio, CEO and founder of Saruni Lodge, will be telling you about this ‘thrill-of-a-lifetime’ experience and their vast rhino sanctuary that is one of the most advanced conservation projects in Kenya. Their tracking rhino experience consists of a walking safari tracking black rhino on foot, accompanied by an expert guide and a highly-trained Sera Community Conservancy ranger, leading guests to the locations of some of the 18 rhinos throughout the 54,000 hectares-large sanctuary.

Borana Conservancy has a total of 244 rhinos across their Lewa - Borana landscape, made of a mix of black and white rhinos. Their tracking rhino experiences as well as one of the conservancy’s rhino success stories will be presented by Lawrence Ngugi, Head Guide at Borana Conservancy.
