Qatar Airways has announced a significant expansion of its global winter 2025 schedule, increasing frequencies across more than 15 destinations in response to rising travel demand. The airline will boost services to key African cities, including Johannesburg (up to 18 weekly flights) and Cape Town (up to 12 weekly flights), offering travellers improved connectivity through its Doha hub, Hamad International Airport. Casablanca services will also increase to five weekly flights, strengthening links between North and Southern Africa and major international markets.
The expanded schedule includes historic high frequencies to key global destinations, such as up to 10 daily flights to London Heathrow and additional flights to Dublin, São Paulo, and Tokyo. Supported by a modern fleet and featuring free high-speed onboard Wi-Fi across its Boeing 777 aircraft, Qatar Airways continues to enhance passenger experience for both leisure and business travellers. The increased capacity and network flexibility further position the airline as a vital connector for African markets in the global tourism and aviation landscape.
