Nature Expeditions Africa Launches Pre- and Post-Conference Safari Planning Service
At Nature Expeditions Africa, we have added a dedicated pre- and post-conference safari planning stream for delegates, exhibitors and business travellers visiting Kenya.
We introduced this service for visitors whose primary travel commitment is a conference, exhibition or business meeting and who have a limited window to experience Kenya before returning home.
Our planning is built around confirmed event dates, Nairobi hotel locations, airport transfers and realistic road or flight times.
Depending on the traveller’s available window, we can arrange day experiences, two- or three-night road extensions to Amboseli or the Rift Valley lakes, and longer additions to the Maasai Mara where schedules permit.
Each itinerary is planned according to seasonality, accommodation availability, individual interests and the time required for a comfortable return to Nairobi. Our intention is to match the destination to the time genuinely available rather than compressing a conventional safari into an impractical schedule.
This development follows our participation in The Hotel Expo Kenya, held at KICC from 19–21 August 2026. The event brought together accommodation operators, hospitality professionals, technology providers and other stakeholders around themes including digital transformation, sustainable hospitality and stronger industry collaboration.
Kenya’s wider meetings calendar also demonstrates the opportunity for more purposeful pre- and post-event travel. Earlier in 2026, the 11th Our Ocean Conference in Mombasa attracted more than 7,500 delegates.
Our Kenya Parks & Safaris platform supports the discovery stage by organising information on national parks, reserves, conservancies and accommodation. After travellers or trade partners identify suitable areas of interest, our Nature Expeditions Africa team provides the operational handover through itinerary design, transport planning and accommodation coordination.
We have operated as a Kenyan, owner-managed safari company since 1994. We are a KATO member and a Kenya Wildlife Service-accredited operator.
The new planning stream extends our existing tailor-made safari work to business travellers who might otherwise leave Kenya without experiencing the destinations beyond their conference venue.
