Our journey began in 2007, when Louise and Nic Poole acquired the Oyster Box Beach House in Kenton-on-Sea, laying the foundation for what would grow into The Oyster Collection. What started as a single seaside retreat has blossomed into a portfolio of 16 unique properties, each with its own narrative and character. Throughout the years, Louise and Nic have joined forces with like-minded individuals who share their meticulous attention to detail and passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
