Safarini Leadership offers culturally immersive, camel-supported walking safaris through the remote and breathtaking Ndoto Mountains, Mathews Range and Chalbi Desert of northern Kenya.

Our journeys are designed in close collaboration with the Samburu community, providing travelers with a rare opportunity to engage deeply with indigenous culture, traditional knowledge, and the rhythms of the land. Our core experience centers on multi-day expeditions on foot—slow, intentional travel that opens space for reflection, connection, and transformation. These journeys are equally suited to adventurous travelers seeking meaningful human connection and cultural immersion, and to corporate groups looking for a leadership retreat that truly takes people out of their comfort zones.

In addition to our signature walking safaris, we can tailor journeys to include a variety of tourism experiences across Kenya, such as wildlife safaris, conservation projects, and coastal stays.
