New flights between Singita Malilangwe and Singita Kruger National Park & Sabi Sand

Starting March 1, 2024, Halsted’s Aviation Corporation (HAC) will begin operating weekly flights between Buffalo Range Airport (Chiredzi, Zimbabwe) and Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (KMIA) (Mbombela, South Africa), enhancing connectivity between two sought-after safari destinations in sub-Saharan Africa.

This new flight routing will enable guests to seamlessly link Singita Malilangwe in Zimbabwe and the Singita Kruger National Park or Sabi Sand lodges in South Africa into a single itinerary.

The details

• The scheduled departures will take place on Thursdays.
• The flight originates from Robert Mugabe International Airport in Harare, flies to Buffalo Range and then to KMIA, before returning to Buffalo Range and Harare.
• Guests can start or finish at either Singita Malilangwe or the South African Singita properties.
• The flight between Buffalo Range and KMIA is 1 hr 15 mins.
• This HAC flight will connect with the Federal Airlines inter-lodge flight between Singita's South African lodges and KMIA, providing direct access without an additional overnight stay.
• The flight utilises two twin turboprop planes - either the King Air 350 or King Air 200 - in perfect comfort. They are pressurised aircraft with two crew carrying eight passengers.

T&Cs please note: 

A minimum of two guests per flight and a three-night minimum stay at Singita Pamushana Lodge or Malilangwe House is required to book this flight

Additional advantage:

This new flight will also allow guests to easily combine Singita Volcanoes National Park and Singita Malilangwe, as RwandAir flies directly between Kigali and Harare (however an overnight in Harare will be required.)
