Kusa Connect appointed by two new Kenya partners as UK rep

Kusa Connect has been appointed as the UK travel trade representative for Ilora Retreats in the Masai Mara and The Social House in Nairobi, expanding its portfolio with two distinctive Kenyan hospitality experiences.

Ilora Retreats is a 14-suite safari camp inside the Masai Mara National Reserve. With private game drives led by Maasai guides, spacious tented suites and a strong focus on wildlife photography, the camp offers an immersive safari experience. Solar-powered operations, family activities and conservation partnerships further shape its approach.

The Social House brings a different perspective to a Kenyan itinerary. Located in Nairobi’s Lavington neighbourhood, the 83-bedroom hotel combines contemporary accommodation with four restaurants, meeting and event spaces, a heated lap pool and a gym. It offers a characterful city stay before or after a safari, as well as a destination in its own right.

Through these appointments, Kusa Connect will support UK tour operators and travel agents with product information, consultant training, sales meetings and familiarisation trip coordination.

Together, the two properties give trade partners an opportunity to combine time in the Mara with Nairobi’s food, culture and urban hospitality.
