Ker & Downey to Open Boutique Okavango Delta Lodge in October
Ker & Downey will open Kanana Nyana, a new boutique lodge in Botswana's Okavango Delta, on 15 October. Set within a private concession bordering Moremi Game Reserve, the property accommodates a maximum of eight guests across four thatched suites, each with a private plunge pool. The name draws from the Setswana word for "small," reflecting the lodge's intimate scale.
Overlooking the Xudu River and surrounding floodplains, Kanana Nyana will operate year-round and offer a range of land and seasonal water-based activities, including walking safaris, day and night game drives, and seasonal boating excursions. Shared facilities include a bar, lounge, dining areas, and a gym, with in-room wellness treatments also available.
