Kenya Wildlife Service named official partner for 2026 Global Conservation Tech & Drone Forum
Kenya Wildlife Service has been confirmed as the official conservation partner for the Global Conservation Tech & Drone Forum 2026, scheduled for 2–6 March in Nairobi and Konza Technopolis. Announced on 12 December 2025, the partnership aligns with KWS’s 2024–2028 Strategic Plan and advances a technology‑led approach to protecting biodiversity – a foundation for Kenya’s wildlife tourism and community resilience.
KWS will provide ecosystem expertise, support live demonstrations of drones and data tools for wildlife monitoring, anti‑poaching and habitat protection, and engage with technologists, policymakers and youth to scale ethical, community‑centred solutions. The forum will openly share sessions and data outputs, showcasing Kenya’s science‑led conservation and strengthening conditions for safe, well‑managed nature‑based tourism.
