Kenya Airways launches comprehensive holidays platform
Kenya Airways (KQ) has unveiled a revamped KQ Holidays platform, offering customers a one-stop solution for booking flights, accommodation, airport transfers, and tours. The online service aims to streamline holiday planning for travellers.
Allan Kilavuka, CEO of Kenya Airways, hailed the platform as a significant advancement in providing comprehensive travel solutions. He emphasised the airline's focus on meeting the diverse needs of modern travellers through personalised holiday planning.
The initial phase of the relaunch spotlights 12 key destinations, including Mombasa, Nairobi, New York, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Victoria Falls, Paris, Dubai, Zanzibar, Kilimanjaro, Dar es Salaam, and Mumbai.
Julius Thairu, Chief Commercial and Customer Officer at Kenya Airways, described the new KQ Holidays as a complete overhaul of travel planning. He highlighted the platform's ability to eliminate the need for multiple websites and endless comparisons, underlining KQ's commitment to hassle-free, personalised travel arrangements.
