Fastjet Zimbabwe has introduced a Business Premium product on its Airbus A320-200 aircraft, effective from August through September 2026 to coincide with the peak travel season. The new cabin class features extra-wide seats at the front of the aircraft, curated menu options with full bar service on select flights, business lounge access and a combined baggage allowance of 46kg. The product is available on routes between Harare and Johannesburg, and Victoria Falls and Johannesburg, with bookings open via fastjet.com, ticket sales offices, travel agents and other booking platforms.

The launch forms part of a broader evaluation of the A320-200 aircraft type on the airline's regional network, with Fastjet Zimbabwe exploring the possibility of permanently adding the aircraft to its fleet in 2027. Business Chief Executive Donahue Cortes described the Business Premium trial as part of the airline's efforts to better serve customer needs on busy regional routes, while Chief Commercial Officer Vivian Ruwuya said the product is designed to appeal to business travellers, leisure guests and passengers seeking greater comfort and personalised service. Fastjet Zimbabwe, which has operated since 2015 and has carried over two million passengers, achieved IATA's Operational Safety Audit registration in 2024.
