Ethiopian Aviation University Graduates Over 1,000 Aviation Professionals
Ethiopian Aviation University has celebrated the graduation of 1,053 aviation professionals, including international trainees from 18 countries, at a ceremony held in Addis Ababa. The graduates span disciplines such as cabin crew, aircraft maintenance, pilot training, and ground services, and represent one of the largest annual aviation talent cohorts on the continent.
The university, part of the Ethiopian Airlines Group, continues to play a key role in developing Africa’s aviation workforce. This year’s graduates include 474 women, highlighting gender diversity in the sector. With courses ranging from aeronautical engineering to tourism and hospitality management, the institution supports both degree and professional certificate programmes, contributing to the advancement of aviation education across Africa and beyond.
