Ethiopian Airlines Unveils 2026 In-Flight Menu at Addis Ababa Showcase
Ethiopian Airlines has revealed its redesigned 2026 in-flight menu at a private event held on 18 September at the Skylight Hotel in Addis Ababa. The new menu, developed for both business and economy class, reflects a blend of Ethiopian and international cuisine and is crafted to meet the expectations of a global passenger base. The showcasing event brought together executives, frequent flyers, and industry stakeholders, underscoring the airline's broader strategy to enhance customer experience.
The airline’s certified catering division—including halal and kosher kitchens—can produce up to 100,000 meals daily and serves scheduled, charter, and VVIP flights. CEO Mesfin Tassew stated that the new offering aligns with Ethiopian’s customer-centric approach and cultural inclusivity. The carrier, recently awarded for Best Business Class On-Board Catering in Africa by Skytrax, aims to continue setting benchmarks in service quality as it connects passengers across five continents.
