Ethiopian adds Lyon via Geneva route starting July
Ethiopian Airlines will launch a thrice‑weekly Addis Ababa – Geneva – Lyon service from 2 July 2026, expanding its France network to three destinations alongside Paris and Marseille. The route will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays using Airbus A350‑900 aircraft.
Eastbound timings are ADD 00:10 – GVA 06:30, GVA 07:30 – LYS 08:15; westbound LYS 19:20 – GVA 20:05, GVA 21:05 – ADD 04:55. The airline says the service will strengthen links for trade and tourism between Europe and Africa, offering onward connections across its African network of more than 65 destinations.
