Emirates resumes daily Lagos-Dubai flight from October

In a move set to bolster travel options for Nigerians, Emirates has announced the resumption of its services to Nigeria, effective 1 October 2024. The airline will operate a daily flight between Lagos and Dubai, connecting leisure and business travellers to its extensive network spanning over 140 destinations worldwide.

Adnan Kazim, deputy president of Emirates, expressed enthusiasm about the reinstatement, stating, "The Lagos-Dubai service has traditionally been popular with customers in Nigeria, and we hope to reconnect them to Dubai and beyond."

Kazim extended gratitude to the Nigerian government for their support and partnership in re-establishing the route. The daily service will deploy a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, ensuring a comfortable travel experience for passengers.

The reinstatement of Emirates' Lagos-Dubai flight is expected to provide a significant boost to travel and tourism between Nigeria and the UAE, while also facilitating seamless connections to Emirates' extensive global network.
