Emirates and Air Seychelles Establish New Codeshare Agreement

Emirates has announced a new codeshare agreement with Air Seychelles, enhancing access to Praslin Island for travellers connecting through the carrier’s existing services to Mahe. The partnership allows seamless travel on a single ticket from Dubai to Praslin via Mahe, with coordinated baggage handling and competitive fares. The move strengthens the Seychelles’ status as a key Indian Ocean destination for visitors from Europe, the Middle East and beyond.
The new agreement complements Emirates' 14 weekly flights between Dubai and Mahe, supporting travel from major source markets including the UK, Germany, Italy and France. The partnership underscores efforts to boost tourism flows between the Gulf and the Indian Ocean region, positioning the Seychelles as a vital hub within Emirates’ wider African network. Air Seychelles joins over 160 global carriers in Emirates’ commercial partnership ecosystem, as the airline continues to expand its reach across the continent.
