Dubai's LEVA Hotels Signs Management Agreement for New Bulawayo Property
Dubai-based LEVA Hotels has signed a management agreement with Radar Properties to develop a four-star, 120-key lifestyle hotel within the Kings City mixed-use development in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. The 2,100-hectare development is positioned as a gateway to some of Zimbabwe's premier tourism destinations - Victoria Falls, Hwange National Park, and the Matobo Hills. The property will offer guest rooms, serviced hotel residences, a restaurant, fitness centre, spa, and conferencing facilities, catering to both business and leisure travellers.
The Bulawayo project marks LEVA Hotels' fourth venture in Zimbabwe, following its recent entry into Harare, and signals growing international investor confidence in Zimbabwe's hospitality and tourism sector. As a greenfield development, the Kings City hotel adds meaningful new accommodation infrastructure to a city that serves as a natural staging point for travellers exploring western Zimbabwe's wildlife and heritage attractions. The expansion reflects a broader trend of international hotel brands targeting emerging African markets with strong tourism fundamentals and undersupplied quality accommodation.
