Baobab Beach Resort & Spa - Room Upgrades
Warm greetings from Baobab Beach Resort & Spa.
As part of our ongoing journey to continuously refresh and elevate the Baobab experience, we would like to share an important operational update with you. Selected sections of the resort will be temporarily closed to allow for carefully planned enhancement and refurbishment works from 15 April 2026 to 31 July 2026.
During this period, the Kole Kole and Maridadi wings, together with the facilities located within these areas, will be closed. Consequently, we will implement a stop-sell for the following room categories for the duration of the renovation period:
- Superior Rooms
- Deluxe Rooms
- Junior Suite Rooms
We are, however, pleased to reassure you that the main Baobab wing will remain fully open, fully operational, and ready to warmly welcome guests throughout this time. Our Garden View and Sea-Facing Rooms will continue to operate as normal, and our Reservations team will remain fully available to support all enquiries and bookings.
Please also note that the following guest facilities within the affected wings will not be operational during the renovation period:
- Maridadi Pool
- Kole Kole Pool
- Jodari Restaurant
- Maridadi Restaurant
- Maharaja Restaurant
- Tangezi Restaurant
- Jambo Bar
- Suli Suli Bar
- Kipepeo Bar
For your convenience, we have attached a resort map clearly indicating the accommodation areas and facilities impacted during this phase.
These enhancements are being undertaken with great care and purpose, reflecting our commitment to creating spaces that feel refreshed, inspiring, and truly memorable for our guests. When completed, they will further strengthen Baobab Beach Resort & Spa’s promise of offering an experience that is genuinely “In a World of Its Own.”
