Tourism just got a serious upgrade!

Auric Air has officially welcomed the arrival of its second Pilatus PC-12, strengthening its fleet of versatile aircraft designed to serve East Africa’s growing demand for private and premium regional air travel.

The new aircraft touched down in Tanzania after completing a cross-continental delivery route that included stopovers in Switzerland, Austria, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Greece, Egypt, Ethiopia, and Kenya. Now home, the Pilatus PC-12 will begin operations across Auric Air’s private charter network, offering travelers increased accessibility to Tanzania’s remote national parks, island destinations, and hard-to-reach airstrips.

Known for its exceptional reliability and performance, the Pilatus PC-12 is well-suited for operations in East Africa. It comfortably seats up to 8 passengers in a pressurized cabin and is capable of landing on both paved and unpaved runways—making it ideal for the region’s diverse geography.

This addition enhances our capacity to offer flexible, high-comfort charters for guests traveling between Tanzania’s key tourism circuits. From the vast plains of the Serengeti to the turquoise waters of Zanzibar, the PC-12 is built to connect travelers to some of the most spectacular destinations in the region.

Auric Air now operates a growing fleet that includes the Cessna Grand Caravan, Dash 8, and Pilatus PC-12, offering both scheduled services and private charters throughout Tanzania and beyond.
