Aleph Hospitality signs third Kigali hotel – Best Western Premier Royal Golf View to open July 2027
Aleph Hospitality has signed a hotel management agreement with DND Developers for the Best Western Premier – Royal Golf View, Kigali, scheduled to open in July 2027. Located in Kigali’s Kacyiru neighbourhood near the Kigali Golf Club, the property will feature 60 hotel rooms and 41 branded residences, marking the company’s third hotel in Rwanda’s capital.
The development will include two food and beverage outlets, a health club and a pool. Aleph cited growing demand – Rwanda forecasts 1.65 million visitor arrivals and a 13% rise in tourism’s economic contribution – while BWH Hotels highlighted Kigali’s strengthening international appeal. Aleph Hospitality’s portfolio stands at 80 hotels – 50 in operation and 30 under development – across Africa and the Middle East.
