Air Tanzania Announces Daily Dar es Salaam – Mumbai Flights from June
Air Tanzania is set to increase its Dar es Salaam - Mumbai service to daily operations from 1 June 2026, up from the current four flights per week. The expanded schedule will see flights depart Dar es Salaam at 20:20, arriving in Mumbai at 04:20 the following morning, offering greater flexibility for both business and leisure travellers on the route.
The move strengthens air connectivity between Tanzania and India, reflecting growing demand between the two markets. The upgrade from four weekly frequencies to a daily service signals increased confidence in the route's commercial potential and is expected to support broader trade and tourism ties between East Africa and the Indian subcontinent.
