Air France reintroduces popular Cape Town-Paris route
Air France has announced the much-anticipated return of its seasonal direct flights between Cape Town International Airport (CPT) and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG). Responding to growing demand from both business and leisure travellers, the airline will resume three weekly flights starting 7 October. An additional service will be introduced in November, just in time for the busy holiday season.
This direct connection offers travellers seamless access between Cape Town and Paris, with the added convenience of connecting to Air France’s extensive global network. The service is expected to further boost Cape Town’s position as a major international tourism and business hub.
Wilson Tauro, Air France-KLM's Country Manager for Southern Africa, noted, "The return of the Paris-Cape Town service offers South African travellers more flexibility and convenience, especially ahead of the holiday season."
Additionally, Air France's sister airline, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, will be expanding its services to Cape Town this winter, further enhancing connectivity.
