AeroLink Uganda: Travel Policy Regarding Ebola Disruptions

AeroLink Uganda continues to monitor the regional public health situation relating to Ebola in close reference with to the relevant health authorities. At this time, there is no cause for alarm, as health authorities have responded swiftly to contain the spread of the virus.

Travel operations within Uganda continue normally, and the safety, confidence, and convenience of our passengers remain our highest priority.

In recognition of the concerns and travel disruptions that may affect some clients, AeroLink Uganda is pleased to provide the following flexible options for impacted bookings:

• Free Travel Postponement:

Clients may reschedule their travel to any available date within 2026 at no additional amendment cost.

• Travel Deferred to 2027:

Bookings moved to 2027 will be subject to the applicable 2027 fares and rates.

• Credit Note Option:

Agents may release their booking and receive a credit note to be utilized in a future AeroLink Uganda booking.

• Refunds:

Clients who choose to cancel their booking and request a refund may do so in accordance with AeroLink Uganda’s standard refund policy. All refunds will be subject to administrative fees, applicable PSP commissions for processed card payments, and any bank charges where bank transfers are required.
