Ethiopian Airlines Welcomes an Additional Fifth Weekly Flight to Manchester

Ethiopian Airlines, a Star Alliance member welcomes an additional weekly flight to Manchester from Monday, 5th June. This will increase the Airline’s Manchester schedule to five flights weekly with the A350 Airbus. The flight will operate via Geneva.

From early June Ethiopian offers a 5th weekly A350 Airbus flight from T2 Manchester to Addis Ababa in addition to the current daily non-stop A350 Airbus flights from T2 London Heathrow to Addis Ababa, carrying over 10,000 passengers monthly, with connections to over 60 African destinations across East, South, Central and West Africa.

Henock Woubishet, Area Manager UK & Ireland said, “This is good news for our Manchester departures, as we have seen growth from Northern UK to sub-Saharan Africa. The new additional Monday flight will provide more weekly capacity during our 50th Anniversary year of flying to the UK for our passengers”.
