WTM London 2024 Terms and Conditions

CONTRACT TO EXHIBIT ON THE ATTA® STAND AT WTM London 2024

ATTA® will be providing members the opportunity to take a desk on a shared stand at WTM London being held from 05 – 07 November 2024 at ExCel London (UK)

Participation will include

  • Desk on the ATTA® stand with 3 chairs
  • 1 Exhibitor Badges per sharing exhibitor
    PLEASE NOTE – You will only have the space on the stand to hold one meeting at any one time. If you are taking additional badges and are running separate diaries you will need to make alternative arrangements for additional meetings
  • Power for laptop charging
  • Small storage cupboard for coats & laptop bags – NO OVERNIGHT STORAGE

Cost for ATTA® Members:    £3,995 (+VAT for UK Based Members)

Cost for Non Members:    £4,495 (+VAT for UK Based Companies)

GENERAL TERMS

  1. PAYMENT
    Payment must be settled within 7 days of booking. Your participation will only be confirmed with WTM London organisers on receipt of full payment.
  2. WITHDRAWAL FROM WTM LONDON
    An exhibitor may withdraw from WTM LONDON at any time but no refund made unless ATTA® is able to find an exhibitor prepared to replace the withdrawn member,  in which case a refund of 50% of the exhibition fee will be made.
  3. COMPLIANCE WITH WTM LONDON RULES
    All members are bound by this agreement to comply with any rules set out by the organisers of WTM LONDON, including those relating to advertising materials and photography within the exhibition centre. Any breach of these rules may lead to an immediate removal from the premises and the loss of rights to occupy the space provided on the ATTA® stand.
  4. ADDITIONAL ADVERTISING
    This agreement does not give any member the right to advertise on the ATTA® stand except on the terms specifically agreed with ATTA®
  5. DESK ALLOCATION
    Desks are allocated by ATTA® in order of date payment received with preference given to outside desks
  6. FORCE MAJEURE
    If through no fault of ATTA® the exhibition is cancelled, curtailed, or suspended by the organisers for reasons of force majeure or otherwise, ATTA® shall have no liability to refund any payments already made but shall make every effort to recover monies from the organisers and shall refund any sums recovered less an administration fee of up to 20%.   7. DISPUTES
    Both parties to this agreement accept that it is subject to English law and any action must be taken in the courts of England and Wales
