Indaba 2025 Terms and Conditions

CONTRACT TO EXHIBIT ON THE ATTA® STAND AT Indaba 2025

South African Tourism has confirmed that Indaba will run from 12 – 15 May 2025 however participation costs have not been finalised and stand registration has not yet opened with the organisers. 

ATTA® will once again provide an opportunity for members to exhibit on our stand under the ATTA® banner. The ATTA® stand sells out fast as it is a vibrant busy hub in the centre of the show floor. 

As the costs for participation are yet to be set by the organisers, we will open registration at an estimated rate of £2,695 up to a maximum participation fee of £2,830 for a standard workstation on the ATTA® stand including one exhibitor badge. 

To confirm participation, the terms and conditions will need to be accepted and a deposit payment of £500 based on the maximum participation fee of £2,830 would need to be paid within 7 days of receipt of invoice. 

Once South African Tourism and the show organisers have finalised the costs, ATTA® will be able to confirm participation costs on the stand. Notification will be sent via email to the contact listed on the booking on the following terms: 

  1. If the actual participation fee for a desk on the ATTA® stand is below £2,830 the participating company will be invoiced for the actual participation fee less the deposit amount paid on signature of this contract. The balance of the participation fee will be due within 7 days of invoice 

  1. If the actual participation fee on the ATTA® stand is greater than £2,830 then the participating company will have the choice of: 

    1. 7 days to confirm their participation at the new rate provided by ATTA® 
      OR

    2. A full refund of the deposit paid 

  2. If, prior to Indaba registration opening, the participating company chooses to withdraw from Indaba then a full refund of the deposit will be paid. 

  3. If, the actual participation fee is below the maximum participation fee of £2830 and the exhibiting company chooses NOT to attend, then the deposit will be forfeited and retained by ATTA®.
