Founded in 2006 by Zimbabwean guide Beks Ndlovu, African Bush Camps offers an authentic African safari experience across 17 remarkable Experiences in Botswana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, with a strong focus on conservation, community, and sustainability.
Our home is in the heartlands of Africa, and our guides and camp personnel are all local community members who have grown up in the areas surrounding our Experiences. This means that our guests will see Africa through their eyes. Our annual Guide Training Program in Zimbabwe and Botswana ensures our guides remain exceptional. Over ten days, they refine their leadership, local knowledge, and conservation skills. In 2021, we launched the Female Guides Program, empowering local women to enter the safari industry and fostering a more diverse workforce. Since 2006, African Bush Camps Foundation has operated alongside us, partnering with local communities to empower, educate, and conserve in the areas we reside.
