New airline route to Malawi
fastjet has added Malawi to its network with twice-weekly (Mondays and Fridays) service between its base at Dar es Salaam (DAR) in Tanzania and Lilongwe (LLW). The 970-kilometre route is already serves by Malawian Airlines which operates thrice-weekly Q400 services. fastjet operates one of its three A319s on the route.
