FROM THE KRUGER NATIONAL PARK TO THE ZAMBEZI NATIONAL PARK
Experience Africa, experience life. Journey with us
Seolo Africa operates lodges in two of southern Africa’s most iconic destinations; the Kruger National Park in South Africa and Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. Each lodge/camp offers a distinctive yet complementary experience. We encourage you to take advantage of our long-stay discounts as we create a truly authentic and unique Seolo Africa Journey for you.
Chundu Island, Zimbabwe
Chundu Island, a tranquil and private sanctuary on the magnificent Zambezi River, has eight chic palm-thatched, fully-equipped tented rooms with comfortable beds, a large en-suite bathroom and private deck. Riverine trees provide a cool place from which to relish the surrounding sights and sounds. Unspoiled beaches, lush wetlands and open grasslands where wildlife graze undisturbed in their natural habitat form part of this beautiful African wilderness river setting.
Rhino Post Safari Lodge, Kruger Park
Rhino Post Safari Lodge is situated at the southern end of our 12,000 hectare private wilderness concession in the Kruger National Park and shares a 15km unfenced boundary with the famous Mala Mala reserve with an abundance of wildlife moving freely between the reserves. The concession is noted as an excellent game viewing area with encounters with the Big Five and where good sightings of wild animals can be enjoyed.
Rhino Walking Safaris
The ultimate safari experience has got to be discovering nature on a walking trail. Plains Camp @ Rhino Walking Safaris, on the only officially declared wilderness concession in the Kruger National Park was established specifically to provide this unique and exciting experience. Plains Camp’s focus is on exploring the 12 000 hectares of unspoilt reserve allocated for our exclusive use on foot, with short game drives to finish off afternoon walks. Our trails’ guides are highly qualified and experienced conservationists.

Our Commitment to Responsible Tourism
In May 2017 Rhino Post Safari Lodge and Rhino Walking Safaris were awarded Fair Trade Certification. With an outstanding initial score of 98% in all mandatory sections, the road to certification was shorter than usual. According to General Manager, Nikki Meyer, “This is a stimulating, socially responsible era for tourism in South Africa. Our efforts have always come from the heart, and of course with our passion for conservation, environmental practices have been both strict and sustainable simply because we wouldn’t have it any other way. We applied for certification to ensure that both our future guests and trade partners’ have peace of mind when booking, knowing that we adhere to Fair Trade’s core values. While right now this is very exciting for us, we hope that in the not too distant future it will become an industry standard.”
