Ethiopian Airlines Flexible Cancellation Policy
Ethiopian Airlines UK is pleased to announce a flexible cancellation fee policy for UK tour operators. Effective immediately and until further notice, its ITX fares cancellation rule has been amended to waive the cancellation fee penalty should there be Covid19 related travel restrictions imposed either at the origin (UK) or passenger’s destination in Africa. Applicable for fully unutilized tickets issued and for journeys originating in the UK. Necessary adjustments have been made to fare rules on GDS.
Ethiopian ITX fares already offer base fare and YR (fuel) tax guarantee as well as enhanced ticketing time limits.
