Real Africa Launches #RealRhinos Campaign in Aid of Save the Rhino International

Real Africa is delighted to launch their #RealRhinos campaign in aid of Save the Rhino International, which aims to highlight the plight of rhino in the wild and raise vital funds for rhino conservation.

Real Africa, a UK based independent safari specialist with conservation at the heart of its ethos,  will be raising money for programmes supported by Save the Rhino, as well as raising awareness about the plight of rhinos in the wild by attending consumer shows and organising special fund-raising events.

Real Africa’s #RealRhinos campaign aims to raise £15,000 by February 2017. 50% of money raised will go towards the anti-poaching Rhino Dog Squads working to protect black and white rhino in Kenya and the other 50% of money raised will go to Save the Rhino’s core fund and be directed to where it is most needed.

The campaign will be spear headed by a special fund-raising evening at London's Royal Geographical Society to mark Real Africa's 16th Anniversary.  Save the Rhino Patron, TV presenter, author and explorer, Benedict Allen, who is due to make a welcome return to our screens this autumn for the BBC, along with a special panel of rhino conservation experts including Save the Rhino Director Cathy Dean and anti poaching dog trainer Darryl Pleasants from animalssaving, will entertain guests in the Ondaatje Theatre.
