Refund cancellation fees - Update
Following the introduction of recent automated refund policy, British Airways has reduced some cancellation fees as follows.
Cancellation fees have been reduced by half (50%) on the following fares/markets:
o All premium fares
o Non-premium fares ex-Middle East, Central Asia, Africa, South Asia, South East Asia and South West Pacific
The new policy is applicable to the majority of:
- Public short haul fares
- Public long haul fares*
- Private CAT25 fares which are determined by public fares above and where penalties point to the base rule
*excluding fares originating from Japan
