Better Connections to Malawi from London Heathrow
Ethiopian Airlines have introduced an improved summer schedule from London Heathrow to Lilongwe effective from the 16th June 2012.
Three flights a week from LHR will operate via Addis Ababa and another three will operate via Addis and Lubumbashi (a quick technical stop with no disembarkation). The schedule for return flights has also improved with the connection time in Addis Ababa reduced by a further 35 minutes.
Ethiopian Airlines continue to offer very competitive rates departing from the U.K with a generous standard baggage allowance of 46kgs per passenger.
Business Class passengers are also being offered a new lounge at LHR 'Number One' with excellent facilities for comfort or work.
Ethiopian Airlines became a member of the Star Alliance network in late 2011 which now combines 28 airlines, offering a choice of more than 21,000 daily flights to 1,290 destinations in 189 countries as well as affording passengers the benefits of a shared frequent flyer programme.
