Stylish 'new' Bilimungwe Bushcamp re-opens after rebuild
THE BUSHCAMP COMPANY, South Luangwa National Park, Zambia, re-opened Bilimungwe Bushcamp last week to rave reviews! Bilimungwe has always been a firm favourite with safari goers and is now an even more attractive safari destination than before with a completely new design and some unique “bush features”.
Close to the main Luangwa River and set around a series of private “water holes” this 8 bed camp is sited to take advantage of having wildlife on your doorstep. The airy lounge, bar, dining area and each of the four spacious “chalets” are constructed of natural materials on raised platforms. Whether you are lying in your comfortable 4-poster bed, sipping a gin and tonic on your own viewing deck, or even taking a “waterfall” shower, the animals are never out of sight and may well be joining you for a sundowner drink!
